How do I make a purchase?

You may purchase pay-per-use lessons and/or facility bookings through the online purchase links available on the left column links available on every page within the Natural Baseball Academy website at www.naturalbaseball.com. Alternatively, lessons and/or facility bookings can be made by contacting Natural Baseball Academy by calling 913-829-1687 or email ljones@naturalbaseball.com.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Currently, we accept credit cards to purchase lessons and/or facility bookings. You can use American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa.   

What is the refund policy?  

Every lesson and/or facility booking through our web site is 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED!  We're confident that our lessons will provide you with the improved skills and techniques you expect.  If for any reason you are dissatisfied, send us a letter (Attn:  Customer Relations) within 30 days of attending the lessons stating the reason you were not satisfied, and we'll arrange for an alternate lesson and/or facility booking or receive a full refund - hassle-free. You may cancel your registration up to 10 business days before the lesson and/or facility bookings.  Your booking fee will be refunded less a $5.00 cancellation fee.  If you need to cancel less than 10 business days prior to the lessons you may (1) substitute for other services or (2) transfer your service to another customer.  Please note that if you don't cancel and don't attend, you are still responsible for payment in full.  Substitutions or transfers may be made at any time. What if I need to cancel?

Substitute, transfer or rescheduling lessons and/or facility bookings is available within 12 months of your original date.  If canceling more than 10 business days prior to the lessons and/or facility bookings, you may request a refund less a $5.00 cancellation fee.  Please note that if you don't cancel and don't attend, you are still responsible for payment in full.

How will I be notified of any changes to my scheduled lessons and/or facility bookings?

Our Customer Service Department will notify you by e-mail if any changes are made to your scheduled lessons and/or facility bookings (i.e. change of date, time, instructor, facility or cancellation).  Be sure to add ljones@naturalbaseball.com to your "not spam," "not junk," and email address book so you are sure to receive Natural Baseball Academy receipt and notification messages.  You may confirm your lessons and/or facility bookings at any time by checking the "Calender" referenced within the header menu of any page within our Web site - www.naturalbaseball.com.

When I purchase online, is my transaction secure?

Yes, we practice safe and secure e-commerce. When credit card information is requested, we utilize a credit card authorization company for secure SSL encryption. This ensures that your credit card number is never sent over the Internet unencrypted. Once it is encrypted, no one except the credit card authorization company can decrypt it. Your credit card number is never displayed on our site. Also, your personal data (such as your address, e-mail and billing information) are stored in a server safe within the Fred Pryor lessonss & CareerTrack database. Only those with proper authorization can view this data. To protect our members, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt the credit card information you send when you place your order. The information is encrypted on your computer, sent through the Internet as scrambled code, and decoded on a secure server. Fred Pryor lessonss and CareerTrack will not store your credit card information. It cannot be read in transit. SSL is the recognized industry standard worldwide for such sensitive transactions, making it safe for you to shop with a credit card on the Internet. Even banks transfer money and complete credit card transactions using this secure method. SSL encryption ensures that transaction information is sent securely but has a significant performance tradeoff in the browser environment. You may have noticed that our web site employs frames for easier navigation and more efficient page updates. With this in mind, we selectively place SSL encryption only on those forms and frames that need to be encrypted (i.e., when the credit card information is requested). Since things like our navigation buttons and menus do not need to be slowed down by SSL, we do not employ it there. Unfortunately (but for obvious reasons) browsers won't show the safe "key" or "lock" unless each and every frame on the page is SSL encrypted. Thus, if only one frame is encrypted, the browser correctly reports that not everything you are looking at is "safe." However, the absence of the "lock" or "key" does not mean that the information you are looking at is not encrypted. You can verify that a frame is SSL encrypted by right-clicking within the frame and looking at the frame info or properties (i.e., found in the "View" menu in Netscape and the "File" menu in Internet Explorer). Doing this when the credit card information is requested will indeed show that this information is being sent encrypted and any security concerns you may have should be relieved.

What if my transaction doesn't go through?

Here are a few tips for ensuring your purchases are processed correctly. First, make sure that you enter all of the billing information correctly, including the phone number (with area code), zip code and country. If you leave any of these items blank, your transaction may not be approved. Also remember that when you enter the credit card information, the account number and name/address must be the ones associated with your card. For example, if you are using a corporate card that is billed to your company but you enter your personal address as the billing address, the transaction will not be approved because the addresses do not match. Contact email information is required fields as the destination of customer transaction receipts. Contact phone information is a required field for the purpose of enabling Natural Baseball Academy the opportunity to cnatact you to address any lessons and/or facility bookings issues if required.

Can I make an audio or video recording of the lessons?

All Natural Baseball Academy lessons may may audio or video recorded upon approval of paying customer. Alternatively, Natural Baseball Academy provides custom Video Recording Services (VRS) that may be reserved with 7 days advance notice. What is an Individual Development Plan and how does it help trainees?  

An Individual Development Plan (IDP) is the first step to building and planning your skill development path. Your IDP outlines recommended training methods, independent training programs and performance thresholds that will help improve skills targeted for development. Both individuals and parents can utilize this feature to track progress and strategically plan the path for skill development. IDP service access requires that trainees set up a personal IDP by registering on our web site.
