Strength and Agility Classes -

• Natural Baseball Academy will be offering Strenght and Agility classes on Monday/Wednesday beginning June 3rd thru July 24th. 8yr - 12yr will start at 10am, and 13yr - 18yr will begin at 11am for the 16 sessions. Scott Jones, owner/operator of Natural Baseball Academy, will be leading the classes designed to help your athlete reach new levels.

High School Pitching Strength - Conditioning

• David Holman, currently pitching with Seattle Mariners minor leagues, will be leading a strength and conditioning class for high school aged pitchers. The class also includes a 30 minute classroom session each Wednesday evening with Jeff Robinson (Detroit Tigers) and Brian Holman (Seattle Mariners). High School Hitting Strength Class

• Clark Jones, Owner of Natural Baseball Academy, will be leading a hitting strength class beginning in January thru February for High School age players. The players will go explosive exercises to help develop strength and drive while at the plate. Additional information and registration is under the 'Quicklinks' section of the home page.
